Venue Rental Details

Our Venue Manager will work with you to ensure you have exactly the right space for your event.

Included in any rental of our spaces are the following:

  • One-time standard set-up (such as theatre, classroom or banquet)

  • Head table with banquet chairs

  • Assistance in placing tablecloths on banquet round tables

  • 55 round tables – 5 foot diameter

  • 550 gray standard banquet chairs

  • 5 cruiser tables square – (30” x 30”) Height 43” wooden

  • Catering Partner access to our commercial kitchen

  • Professional cleaning before and after the event for all spaces rented, including washrooms.

  • One bar per 100 guests: Bar will be stocked and staffed by the Centre.

  • Parking for up to 164 cars, subject to availability, parking signs and regulations.

  • Security and Site Supervisor.

  • 24-hour use of the space reserved commencing 8:00 a.m. the day of the Event and ending 7:59 a.m. the day after the Event (applies to Full Day Rentals only)

  • Free WiFi, subject to availability.

  • Podium and microphone set up and plugged into the house speaker system

  • Coat racks and hangers

ADDITIONAL EVENT RENTALS

  • Stage, to a maximum size of 24’ X 12’

  • Dance floor to a maximum size of 24’ x 21’

    For all other event rental needs, the Venue Manager will work with you and our partners to arrange for table linens, décor, china, glassware, Audio Visual assistance, and more.
